SMLP14WBCN1W1 Ultra Compact Super White LED

ROHM Semiconductor SMLP14WBCN1W1 Ultra Compact Super White LED features original device technology that enables high brightness and high reliability. This white LED comes with a 1mm × 0.6mm ultra-compact thin size and is lead-free with RoHS compliant. The SMLP14WBCN1W1 LED includes level 3 moisture sensitivity and high brightness PICOLED™ SMD. This ultra-compact super white LED operates at -40°C to 85°C temperature range, 10mA forward current, and 5V reverse voltage. The SMLP14WBCN1W1 LED features 33mW power dissipation, 50mA peak forward current, and 2.9V forward voltage.
