AF Contactors

ABB AF Contactors offer exceptional reliability and performance in a space-saving design. These ABB contactors are designed for motor starting applications up to 750A/400VAC-3 or power switching up to 2850A/690VAC-1. AF contactors help prevent stoppages caused by voltage fluctuations. The contactors ensure distinct operation in unstable networks and overcome the problems posed by voltage sags, dips, or surges. AF contactors secure a user's uptime and reduce the number of contactor coils to four. One contactor coil handles 100VAC/DC to 250VAC/DC, 50Hz/60Hz. Reducing contactor coil energy consumption by up to 80% lets designers build smaller panels and more compact transformers.
