FT1MN, FT2MN, & FT3MN Oscillators

Abracon FT1MN, FT2MN, and FT3MN Oscillators are temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) with both continuous and fixed Vdd (voltage at drain) options. These oscillators also have output waveform clipped sinewave and low current consumption. This oscillator series has an operating temperature (TOPR) of -40°C to +85°C and a frequency range of 10,000MHz to 52,000MHz. The FT1MN oscillators have Analog Temperature Compensation. The FT2MN and FT3MN oscillators come in a hermetically seam-sealed ceramic package. Each Abracon FT1MN, FT2MN, and FT3MN Oscillator comes in a different size, with FT1MN having 2.0mm x 1.6mm, FT2MN having 2.5mm x 2.0mm, and FT3MN having 3.2mm x 2.5mm footprints.
