RJF Industrial Ethernet Connection System

Amphenol Socapex RJF Industrial Ethernet Connection System is IP68 sealed for harsh environment applications such as industrial process control, oil & gas, motion control, robotics, wind energy, data acquisition, and transmission. The RJF system allows the use of an Ethernet Class D / Cat. 5e connection for 10BaseT, 100BaseTX or 1000 BaseT networks in harsh environments. With the patented RJStop® system, the Amphenol Socapex cd RJF Industrial Ethernet Connection System can use a standard RJ45 cordset in a metallic plug which will protect it from shocks, dust, and fluids. No tools or hazardous on-field cabling is necessary.

RJF Field Rugged Ethernet Connectors

Amphenol Socapex RJF Field Ethernet Connectors convert an RJ45 cordset into a harsh environment connector and allow the use of an Ethernet Class D/Cat 5e connection for 10 BaseT, 100 BaseTX, or 1000 BaseT networks in harsh environments. These connectors resist shock, vibration, and traction. They are sealed against fluids and dust (IP67) and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The RJF field plug is connected to a receptacle using a fast 1/4-turn bayonet coupling mechanism with an audible and visual coupling signal.

Amphenol Socapex RJ Field Bus Interconnect System allows users to quickly and reliably transform standard telecommunications and data communication mediums into rugged, military, and industrial connectors for harsh environments. This rugged Ethernet series offers a wide range of options for flexibility, including reverse bayonet, push/pull, bayonet, threaded, and lever coupling configurations in both plastic and metal materials. The enables designers to choose the best solution for their application.
