The ADL8106 integrates all typically required external passive components for operation with a small and compact printed circuit board (PCB) footprint. The ADL8106 operates from 18GHz to 54GHz and provides a gain of 21.5dB. The device features an output power for 1dB compression (OP1dB) of 14.5dBm, and a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 21.5dBm at 30GHz to 44GHz.
