APEX® 1.2 Terminals

Aptiv APEX^® 1.2 Terminals include two-piece construction, a tangless/lanceless locking mechanism, and three sealing options: unsealed, mat sealed, and cable sealed. These terminals offer a 22AWG to 16AWG wire gauge range with both female and male genders, a <0.5mΩ contact resistance, and <5N contact mating force. The APEX 1.2 terminals feature an integrated floating spring made of beryllium copper or copper nickel silicon with a box and blade terminal type. These terminals operate at a 150°C maximum temperature with 30G maximum vibration, and 18A maximum current.
