UB Riedon™ Miniature Silicone Coated Resistors

Bourns UB Riedon™ Miniature Silicone Coated Power Resistors with excellent pulse handling are designed to Mil-R-26/Mil-R-39007 power ratings. These resistors feature 1W to 15W power ratings, 0.02KΩ to 260KΩ resistances, ±0.01% resistance tolerance, and ±20PPM/°C low Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR). The UB power resistors operate within the -55°C to 250°C temperature range and are RoHS compliant. These resistors are used in motor drives, smart meters, solar inverters, baseband units, and capacitor charge/discharge circuits.
