AELT-8000 Line Driver ICs

Broadcom AELT-8000 Line Driver ICs are four short-circuit-proof differential drivers capable of handling up to 36V with a shared enable function and operating at frequencies up to 5MHz. The Broadcom AELT-8000 ICs include thermal shutdown for over-temperature protection during overloads. With the ICs' high data rate and wide operating voltage and temperature range, the devices are a versatile and robust choice for industrial applications. The compact SOIC and TSSOP packages provide excellent thermal dissipation, which is ideal for space-constrained environments.
