10A & Below Solid-State Relays (SSRs)

Crydom 10A and Below Solid-State Relays (SSRs) feature ratings from 1A to 10A and contain no moving parts for silent operation and improved life expectancies at full-load current over most electromechanical relays. Versions are available with either a zero-crossing (resistive loads) or random turn-on (inductive / phase control loads) output. UL recognition, CSA certification, VDE approval, and CE compliance are available on most models. Crydom 10A and Below SSRs are not sensitive to magnetic fields, making them ideal for use in numerous commercial and industrial applications, including electromechanical relay replacement, packaging equipment, commercial displays, food and drink dispensers, test and medical equipment, and textile manufacturing.

1-DC Panel-Mount Solid-State Relays (SSRs)

Crydom / Sensata 1-DC Panel-Mount Solid-State Relays (SSRs) offer a MOSFET-type output with low on-state resistance for reliable and fast-switching of DC loads. These DC-output devices are available in the industry-standard hockey-puck SSR package and are ideally suited for both inductive and resistive loads. The 1-DC SSR product line includes ratings up to 100A at 100VDC and 10A at 500VDC. With extremely low leakage currents from 0.1A to 0.3A, these epoxy-free relays provide a long lifespan compared to electromechanical DC relays. Crydom / Sensata 1-DC SSRs feature a variety of options, such as heat sinks, thermal interface pads, hardware kits, optional protective covers, and other accessories. Ideal applications include motor control, heating control, power control, and lighting control.
