598 Series PLCC-4 LEDs

Dialight 598 Series Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier-4 (PLCC-4) LEDs are SMD LEDs designed with a 30° dome lens. These LEDs are different color LEDs with 5V reverse voltage and 120°C junction temperature. The 598 series PLCC LEDs operate between -40°C to 100°C temperature range and are housed in a PLCC-4 package. These LEDs can handle up to 50mA forward current to maximize output brightness. The 598 series PLCC-4 LEDs are ideal for light pipe and optical transfer of light emission applications.
