AP6320x Evaluation Boards

Diodes Incorporated AP6320x Evaluation Boards evaluate the AP6320x 2A synchronous buck converters. These converters are integrated with a 125mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 68mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC/DC conversion. The AP6320x evaluation boards operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range. These evaluation boards function at 3.8V to 32V input voltage range and 3.3V output voltage.
