AP7354 Ultra-Low Quiescent Current LDO Regulators

Diodes Incorporated AP7354 Ultra-Low Quiescent Current LDO Regulators offer high output voltage accuracy. These regulators include a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit, and an enable input to turn it on/off. The AP7354 regulators can deliver fixed output voltage versions with the integrated resistor network. These LDO regulators are well-suited for low-power handheld, wearable devices, and other battery-operated devices requiring an extended time period until new battery replacement.
