PI3USB4002A USB2 SPST Switch

Diodes Incorporated PI3USB4002A USB2 SPST Switch is an ultra-high voltage short and surge protector that can tolerate voltages up to 24V. This switch implements Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) at 4.75V to immediately switch off the channels when an over-voltage condition is detected. The PI3USB4002A switch features a 5.5V wide input voltage range, 1GHz wide bandwidth, 7pF ultra-low Con, 5Ω ultra-low Ron, and 0.25ns low propagation delay. This switch offers -30dB low off-isolation and -35dB low crosstalk at 240MHz. Typical applications include smartphones, USB-C™, tablets, and PC.
