ZXCT199Q Bidirectional Current Monitors

Diodes Incorporated ZXCT199Q Bidirectional Current Monitors are automotive AEC-Q qualified and developed to handle very low sense voltages, allowing the use of very low-value sense resistors to monitor large currents. The low offset voltage and zero-drift architecture enable current sensing with maximum drops spanning the shunt to as low as 10mV full-scale. The ZXCT199Q series has three fixed voltage gain options: 50V/V, 100V/V, and 200V/V. The device measures the voltage over shunts at common-mode voltages from -0.1V to 26V, separate from the supply voltage.
