BYG10M Rectifiers

Diotec Semiconductor BYG10M Rectifiers are controlled avalanche rectifiers offering 10mJ of single pulse energy rating at breakdown >1050V, 1.5A of forward current, and 27/30A of surge current rating. The BYG10M rectifiers are ideally suited for low-cost power supplies using single-wave input rectification. This configuration loads the input diode twice the voltage compared to full-wave rectifiers. The rectifiers come in the industry standard DO-214AC/SMA case outline, allowing automatic board assembly. Typical applications include online power supplies for smart home devices, white goods, entertainment electronics, automated blinds, sensors, and low-power chargers.
