ECS ECS-TXO-2520MV MultiVolt™ CMOS Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) feature a 1.7V to 3.6V supply voltage range and come in a 2.5mm x 2mm x 0.9mm ceramic package. The oscillators are compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V power supplies and have a 100MHz to 600MHz frequency range. ECS ECS-TXO-2520MV MultiVolt CMOS TCXOs are ideal for portable and wireless applications where stability is critical.
