Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.

High Voltage PoE Transformers

Eaton Electronics High Voltage PoE Transformers include four kinds of transformers: POEA1FB, POEA2FB, POEB3FB, and POEB4FW. Each of these transformers has 1500V_AC isolation between primary and secondary, low leakage inductance, and ferrite core material. These transformers also have an IEEE 802.3xx and a moisture sensitivity level (MSL): 1. Eaton Electronics High Voltage PoE Transformers applications include lighting, industrial automation, security systems, VoIP phone systems, network and BLUETOOTH® access points, network routers, repeaters, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), retail point-of-information (POI) systems, vending and gaming machines, and remote cameras.
