BL654 BLE Thread NFC Modules

Laird Connectivity BL654 BLE Thread NFC Modules are designed to easily add Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) v5.0 and Thread (802.15.4) to small, portable, power-conscious devices. The BL654 provides design flexibility in hardware and software programming and is based on the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52840 chipset. The BL654 modules feature ultra-low power consumption with an outstanding wireless range via +8dBm of transmit power and the Long Range (CODED PHY) Bluetooth 5 feature.

ProFLEX01-R2 & SiFLEX02-HP Transceiver Modules

Laird Connectivity ProFLEX01-R2 & SiFLEX02-HP Transceiver Modules each consist of a high performance 2.4GHz or 900MHz IEEE 802.15.4 radio and microcontroller in a cost effective, pre-certified footprint. The ProFLEX01-R2 modules feature the 2.4GHz CC2520 & CC2591 radio and the MSP430F5437A microcontroller, and the SiFLEX02-HP modules feature the 900MHz AT86RF212 & RF amplifier circuit radio and the ATXMEGA256A3 microcontroller. SiFLEX02-HP comes preloaded with the Laird host serial interface running on top of the Atmel 802.15.4 MAC. ProFLEX01-R2 comes preloaded with the TI MAC-Stack that can be used with the Laird host serial interface. Full debug and programming capabilities are included to develop custom applications. Easily load the ZigBee stack or 802.15.4 MAC onto the module to create new networks.

Ezurio BL654 Power Amplifier (PA) BLUETOOTH® v5 Modules are complete multi-protocol embedded wireless modules with exceptional processing capability and extended PA / LNA support. The modules offer OEMs with maximum design flexibility and performance. The modules come with maximum development flexibility with programming options for a simple, intuitive AT Command Set and smartBASIC environment. The BL654 series is powered by Nordic nRF52840 Silicon SoC, which provides a secure and robust BLE and Cortex®-M4F CPU for any OEM product design. Ezurio 453-00020C modules feature an integrated antenna, while the 453-00021C modules incorporate an IPEX MHF4 antenna connector. Typical applications include Internet of Things (IoT) devices and sensors, beacons and proximity applications, secure medical peripherals, and industrial monitoring.
