GRF9461 CATV & General Purpose Amplifier

Guerrilla RF GRF9461 CATV and General Purpose Amplifier is a broadband, linear-gain block designed for use in 75Ω CATV and 50Ω general-purpose applications. This amplifier supports a frequency tuning range from 0.04GHz to 2GHz, making it suitable for a wide variety of RF designs. The GRF9461 amplifier delivers strong performance metrics, including 18.8dBm of OP1dB, 37dBm of OIP3, and a low Noise Figure (NF) of 1.8dB. This amplifier uses GaAs pHEMT technology and is housed in a compact 2mm x 2mm DFN-8 package. The GRF9461 amplifier is ideal for applications like terrestrial, satellite, Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS), cable modem, setup box, and general-purpose RF gain blocks.
