DF50 Wire-to-Board Positive Lock Connectors

Hirose DF50 Wire-to-Board (W2B) Positive Lock Connectors offer durable performance in industrial applications requiring strength and reliability. The metal lock provides a positive tactile click, ensuring the connector is fully engaged. The lock is centered on the housing to prevent uneven locking and cable entanglement, which can occur with side locks. The DF50 housings feature thicker and more robust walls to avoid cracking. The long insertion depth and blade contacts prevent damage from wrenching forces. High contact reliability is achieved with gold plating and a long effective mating length. Contacts are securely held in place even when high forces are applied to the cable through a robust and reliable lance structure. These 1mm pitch Hirose connectors include a right-angle SMT version.
