TLS850B0 Linear Voltage Regulators

Infineon Technologies TLS850B0 Linear Voltage Regulators are high-performance, very low dropout linear voltage regulators for 3.3V and 5.0V supplies. The TLS850B0 has a 3V to 40V input voltage range and a very low 20µA quiescent current. This makes the regulators a perfect match for automotive or other supply systems connected to the battery permanently.
