ISP3080 Ultra-Wide Band BLUETOOTH® LE Modules

Insight SiP ISP3080 Ultra-Wide Band BLUETOOTH® LE Modules feature integrated BLE and dual-band (5 and 9) UWB antennas. These integrated components offer global coverage with a single device, making the ISP3080 perfectly suited for RTLS, security bubbles, access control, and indoor positioning applications. These modules are based on the Qorvo QM33110 single-chip UWB transceiver and nRF52833 Nordic Semiconductor 2.4GHz wireless System-on-Chip (SoC). It integrates a 32-bit Arm® Cortex™ M4 CPU, 512kB flash memory, 128kB RAM, and analog/digital peripherals. Despite the small size of 12mm x 12mm x 1.5mm, the modules integrate decoupling capacitors, a 38.4MHz crystal for UWB, 32MHz and 32.768kHz crystals for BLE, DC-DC converters, RF matching circuits, and two antennas in addition to the wireless SoCs. Low power consumption and advanced power management enable battery lifetimes of up to several months on a coin cell battery.
