AEC-Q200 Qualified SuperCapacitors

KEMET AEC-Q200 Qualified SuperCapacitors include the FMD, FMU, FU0H, and FXU series that deliver 1000 hours at +85°C/85% RH-rated voltage. These supercapacitors are qualified to an automotive testing protocol, subjected to PPAP/PSW and change control, and manufactured in an ISO TS 16949-certified plant. The FMD and FU0H supercapacitors are intended for power backup in automotive applications. The FMU series supercapacitors, also known as Electric Double-Layer Capacitors (EDLCs), are designed for high-temperature automotive applications up to +105°C. The FU0H series offers a higher lifetime rating with up to 4000 hours. The AEC-Q200-qualified supercapacitors are ideal for use in low-voltage DC hold-up applications such as embedded microprocessor systems with flash memory.
