9177 Gas-Tight Dual-Contact SSL IDC Connectors

KYOCERA AVX 9177 Dual-Contact Solid State Lighting (SSL) Insulation Displacement Connectors (IDCs) are surface mount connectors that accept 20AWG to 14AWG wires with an insulation diameter ranging from 2.75mm to 4.25mm. The 9177 IDCs support a 15A current rating with two large SMT solder tails per wire to provide maximum PCB stability. With a 1p-3p configuration, the connectors are end-stackable for higher pin counts. The connectors allow simplicity in connecting individual wires directly to a PCB and have been tested to automotive levels of shock, vibration, and temperature cycling to demonstrate reliability and robustness.
