InfiniiVision 3000G X-Series Oscilloscopes

Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 3000G X-Series Oscilloscopes are high-performance oscilloscopes with various integrated analog and digital measuring tools. These oscilloscopes feature bandwidth configurations from 100MHz to 1GHz, analog configurations from 2 to 4 inputs, and an optional 16-input digital logic analyzer. Other notable measuring tools include an arbitrary waveform generator, serial protocol analyzer, digital voltmeter, frequency response analyzer, and decoding for various common serial buses such as I2C, SPI, I2S, and USB-PD. Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 3000G X-Series Oscilloscopes feature an 8.5" capacitive touch screen, VGA video output, and LAN network connectivity.
