Hi-Z+ Passive Probing Systems

Keysight Technologies Hi-Z+ Passive Probing Systems offer a small probe head, rugged/replaceable tips, automatic probe identification/attenuation, high voltage ranges, and high input impedances with low capacitance. The PP0001A model provides a combination of high bandwidth and high input voltage. The PP0002A 800MHz model features more than 1kV of input voltage. The PP0003A is an MMCX compatible probe. Each probe model comes with a variety of accessories and an adapter for use with AutoProbe I. Optional accessory kits are also available.
