Bi-Color SMD LEDs

Kingbright has developed the industry's smallest Bi-Color SMD LEDs, measuring 1.6mm x 0.8mm x 0.5 mm in size. Kingbright's Bi-Color SMD LEDs contain two ultra-bright LED chips in one package, have multiple color combinations (blue/green, blue/red, green/red, etc.), have a wide viewing angle of 130º, have an operating current as low as 2mA, have an operating temperature range of -40ºC to 85ºC, are compatible with the reflow soldering process, and have an automation-friendly tape and reel package. Ideal applications for these LEDs are keypad backlighting, front panel indicators, and flat backlighting for switches, symbols, and LCDs.
