Johnson Electric STA^® Tubular Linear DC Solenoids provide high force for short-stroke applications and are ideal for applications that require long life and high reliability. The series is constructed with a low friction system bobbin which ensures a long life of 25 million actuations. The platform is available in a variety of sizes in both push and pull engagement, which is well suited for lock/latch operations. The STA series provides high resistance to shock and vibration to withstand extreme ambient conditions and is also available in magnetic latching versions.
