TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

AQx-01FLTG SPA® TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse AQx-01FLTG Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes utilize proprietary silicon avalanche technology to protect electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge (ESD). These unidirectional TVS diode arrays safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. The series also safely dissipates a 200W peak pulse power at 10/1000μs waveform. Littelfuse AQx-01FLTG SPA TVS Diodes come in an AEC-Q101-qualified, SOD323FL package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. Applications include battery protection, computer peripherals, medical equipment, servers, and test equipment.
