MATE-12B Reed Switches

Littelfuse MATE-12B Reed Switches are sub-miniature and normally open switches that are hermetically sealed in a 12.7mm long x 1.8mm diameter glass envelope. These switches are capable of switching 200VDC (maximum) at 10W, and the breakdown occurs at 250VDC (minimum). The MATE-12B switches have a high insulation resistance of 10¹²Ω minimum and a low contact resistance of less than 100mΩ. These reed switches offer 0.7pF typical contact capacitance and are designed to operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The MATE-12B reed switches extend end-product operating life and reliability, making them ideal for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). These switches are particularly used in ATE applications and appliances that require long life and high-reliability switches.
