The SST-20 LED offers 60% wall-plug efficiency at 350mA. This deep red LED is tested for luminous flux and chromaticity at a drive current of 350mA - 20ms single pulse. Luminus Devices SST-20 LED functions at 115°C junction temperature and 5V reverse voltage. This deep red LED operates at -40°C to 100°C temperature range. The SST-20 LED offers 3A power dissipation. This deep red LED is ideal for use in horticulture, life sciences, and medical.
