MAAM-011206 Broadband Darlington Amplifier

MACOM MAAM-011206 Broadband Darlington Amplifier is a versatile, fully matched, current-adjustable surface-mount amplifier. The high-performance MAAM-011206 MMIC operates from DC to 15GHz making it ideal for diverse applications like LO drivers, gain blocks, and RF driver stages. It provides a superior frequency range, a higher gain of 15dB @ 1GHz, improved return loss of 15dB, and a higher output power drive of 20dBm P1dB (output power at 1dB compression point). Functional operation is achieved with single-bias from +3V to +5V and has the option for current adjustment with an external bias resistor. The amplifier offers users greater versatility for test and measurement, land mobile radios, and wireless and satellite communications in applications where space is limited.
