MLX90377 Triaxis® Magnetic Position Sensors

Melexis MLX90377 Triaxis^® Magnetic Position Sensors are available in rotary and linear variants. These MLX90377 sensors support analog, PWM, SENT, and SPC outputs, specially conceived for demanding automotive applications. The magnetic position sensors are designed with Triaxis^® Hall Technology for performance and flexibility. The MLX90377 position sensors feature on-chip signal processing for robust absolute position sensing and enhanced serial data communication. These magnetic position sensors operate from 4.5V to 18V supply voltage range and -40°C to 160°C temperature range. The MLX90377 sensors are available in SOIC-8, TSSOP-16, DMP-4, and SMP-3 packages. Typical applications include a pedal position sensor, throttle position sensor, ride height position sensor, and small-angle position sensor.
