Maxnetic® Spring-Loaded Connectors

Mill-Max Maxnetic® Spring-Loaded Connectors feature two to six positions and magnetic inserts to help provide a reliable electrical connection in rigorous environments. These connectors offer self-alignment, self-location, and zero-force mating and have a 4mm pitch, single-row design with solder cup or solder pin terminations. Variants include spring-loaded pogo pin header strips and spring-loaded target connectors with a concave face. The 878 and 879 series incorporate magnet polarization, ensuring proper connections every time. If the magnets are not correctly aligned, the connectors will repel each other and be impossible to connect. Proper connection prevents short circuits or data errors. No aligning or plugging is required to mate the connectors, and no hardware is needed to keep connectors mated.
