TSS RF Amplifiers

Mini-Circuits TSS RF Amplifiers are wideband amplifiers fabricated using E-PHEMT/InGaAs-PHEMT technology. These amplifiers feature shut-down, low noise figure, good thermal performance, good gain, good input and output return loss, and are RoHS compliant. The TSS RF amplifiers offer a 3V to 15V operating supply voltage range and a 0.63W to 3.3W total power dissipation range. These amplifiers are available in the 3mm x 3mm 12-lead/8-lead MCLP package. The TSS RF amplifiers are used in applications like cellular, base station infrastructures, satellite systems, and test and measurement systems.
