Mini-Fit Connector Family

Molex Mini-Fit Jr. and Mini-Fit Plus Power Connectors deliver up to 9A and 13A, respectively. Blind-mating and terminal-position assurance (TPA) options provide a versatile connector system for a wide range of applications. Typical applications for these Molex connectors include telecommunications / networking, industrial, home appliances, medical, and automotive.

Mini-Fit Sigma Connectors & Pre-Crimped Leads

Molex Mini-Fit Sigma Connectors and Pre-Crimped Leads feature terminal position assurance (TPA) with a secondary locking feature to reduce assembly error. Connector terminals are fully sealed to prevent end-product failure. The Molex Mini-Fit Sigma components provide up to a maximum current of 11.5A and 600VAC/DC maximum voltage. Pre-crimped leads offer female-to-female and female-to-pigtail configurations in 75mm to 450mm lengths, which are ideal for wire-to-wire use. Molex Mini-Fit Sigma applications include automotive, commercial vehicle, consumer, data/communications, home appliance, industrial automation, medical and telecommunications/networking.

Mini-Fit TPA2 Power Connectors & Cable Assemblies

Molex Mini-Fit TPA2 Power Connectors ensure proper mating and prevent accidental terminal back-out while delivering a current rating of 9.0A. The TPA 2 connectors are compatible with standard Mini-Fit Jr. headers. The Standard Mini-Fit TPA2 Cable Assemblies deliver an off-the-shelf solution with a variety of cable lengths and a 4.20mm-pitch connector with a maximum current rating of 9.0A to facilitate both prototyping and global production. Typical applications for these connectors and cable assemblies include consumer / home appliances, data / communications, automotive, and industrial automation applications.

Fit Family Connectors

Molex Fit Dual-Row Connectors provide power delivery and power distribution in wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board configurations. Molex Fit power connectors range from the 2.50mm pitch Nano-Fit to the 5.7mm pitch Mega-Fit connectors. These off-the-shelf connectors can be modified, customized, or adapted to meet virtually any application need.
