HPZR High Power Voltage Regulator Diodes

Nexperia HPZR High Power Voltage Regulator Diodes are low-current voltage regulator diodes. The diodes are housed in a CFP3 (SOD123W) small and flat lead low-profile surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. The HPZR features total power dissipation of ≤ 962mW and a tolerance series of approximately ±5 %. The HPZR is ideal for low-current general regulation functions.
