NEX9x 40V LDO Voltage Regulators

Nexperia NEX9x 40V Low-Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators are general-purpose regulators with ultra-low Quiescent current. These regulators are AEC-Q100 qualified devices that support a wide input voltage range and offer a wide output voltage range. These regulators feature excellent load and line transient and are stable with a wide range of ceramic output-stability capacitors. The NEX9x LDO regulators are used in power train systems, automotive lighting, automotive head units, telematics, and Body Control Modules (BCMs). These regulators are also ideal for powering Microcontrollers (MCUs), Controller Area Networks (CAN), or local interconnect network (LIN) transceivers in standby and CAN-wake systems.
