R3154N Series Voltage Detector

Nisshinbo R3154N Voltage Detector is a high-accuracy window voltage detector optimized for use in automotive applications. The R3154N consists of two overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring detectors, each with built-in hysteresis that makes it less sensitive to supply voltage noise and ensures stable operation. An additional test pin enables a diagnostic method to periodically verify the voltage detector's proper operation.
