ODU MINI-SNAP® Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) Push-Pull Locking Connectors features a single copper twisted-wire pair that enables Ethernet connections. The SPE encourages the voltage supply of terminal devices via Power over Data Line (PoDL). ODU Mini-Snap SPE provides a range of bridgeable distances between the standards, including 15m, 40m, and 1000m. The SPE enables barrier-free connection of devices, sensors, and actuator technology. SPE is intended to replace current CAN and other bus systems in automotive applications and could also be utilized in industrial automation fields.
