These resistors can often replace 1W and 2W carbon composition resistors, which can be difficult to source. This series is an ideal alternative to Ohmite OX/OY resistors. The OC series offers 10% tolerance and is RoHS compliant. Ohmite OC Fixed Ceramic Resistors deliver enhanced performance in high voltage power supplies, R-C snubber circuits, and inrush limiters.
