SP-Cap Polymer Aluminum Capacitors

Panasonic SP-Cap Polymer Organic Aluminum Capacitors are surface-mount aluminum electrolytic capacitors that use a conductive polymer as the electrolyte in layered aluminum construction. The SP-Cap product line consists of multiple series' that offer capacitance ranges of up to 560µF, voltage range from 2VDC to 35VDC, and the lowest ESR/impedance in the industry, achieving very good noise suppression and transient response. Unlike MLCCs, SP-Caps are free from temperature drift and DC/AC bias characteristics. In addition, voltage deration is not needed in SP-Caps, as in tantalum capacitors, due to its safety features. Panasonic SP-Caps are the perfect solution for input and output capacitors for various DC/DC converters.

EEF-GX & EEF-LX Specialty Polymer Capacitors

Panasonic EEF-GX and EEF-LX Specialty Polymer Capacitors (SP-Caps) feature capacitance ranges of 330µF to 560µF. The EEF-GX and EEF-LX SP-Caps offer stable capacitance at higher frequencies and low ESR among polymer technology capacitors. The EEF-GX and EEF-LX Series SP-Caps are reliable alternatives to tantalum capacitors.

EEF-LX SMD Polymer Aluminum Capacitors

Panasonic EEF-LX Series SMD Polymer Aluminum Capacitors provide large capacitance (560 μF max.), low ESR (4.5 mΩ, 6 mΩ), low ESL (50 % less than 3-terminals), and are RoHS directive compliant.
