ERZ-V Transient Surge Varistors

Panasonic ERZ-V Transient Surge Varistors feature a wide range of varistor voltages in a compact package, with diameters ranging from 5mm to 20mm. These modules absorb transient overvoltages and offer large withstanding surge current capability as well as large energy-handling capability. The series has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Panasonic ERZ-V Transient Surge Varistors are ideal for transistor, diode, IC, thyristor, and TRIAC semiconductor protection. The ERZ-V series is also suitable for surge protection in consumer electronic equipment, home appliances, and communication, measuring, and controller electronics.
