EZJZ & EZJP Multilayer Varistors for ESD Pulse

Panasonic Electronic Components EZJZ and EZJP Multilayer Varistors for ESD Pulse are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer excellent ESD suppression through the use of original advanced material technology. These devices provide excellent electrostatic resistance, meeting IEC 61000-4-2 and ISO 10605 requirements. The varistors feature lead-free plating terminal electrodes that enable great solderability. Panasonic EZJZ and EZJP Multilayer Varistors can replace two Zener diodes and one capacitor. The EZJZ series includes varistors with low capacitance for high-speed signal lines and RF antennas. The EZJP series features low-voltage varistors for general circuits.

EZJP Multilayer Varistors

Panasonic EZJP Multilayer Varistors for ESD Pulse offer excellent ESD suppression due to original advanced material technology. With no polarity (bipolar), the EZJP Series is capable of replacing two Zener diodes and one capacitor. Lead-free plating terminal electrodes offer solderability while ultra-low capacitance is ideal for high-speed signal lines such as interfaces. These varistors meet IEC61000-4-2, ISO10605, Level 4 standard, and are RoHS compliant. The EZJP Series includes AEC-Q200 qualified varistors.
