UCG4 TCXO Oscillators

These UCG4 oscillators come in 2mm x 1.6mm x 0.7mm dimensions and in an LCC ceramic package. The UCG4 TCXO oscillators are RoHS-compliant. These UCG4 TCXO oscillators operate at 1.8V to 3.3V nominal supply voltage range, 10MHz to 40MHz frequency range, and 2mA current rating. The UCG4 TCXO oscillators are ideally used in GPS, wireless communications, base stations, handsets, broadband access, point-to-point radios, and seismic exploration.
