Qorvo QPF4209 2.4GHz Wi-Fi® 7 Non-Linear Front End Modules feature a small form factor and integrated matching for an efficient layout. The Qorvo QPF4209 modules are optimized for a 5V supply voltage and reduce power consumption, making the devices ideal for digital pre-distortion systems. The modules include a 2.4GHz power amplifier, SP2T switch, coupler structure, and bypassable low noise amplifier, enhancing RF chain performance. Additionally, the modules integrate a coupler with RF output for DPD feedback training and a broad-range, constant slope voltage logarithmic power detector for power control.
