These medical power supplies feature reinforced isolation with two means of patient protection (2 x MOPP), low leakage (BF conform), and >8mm creepage and clearance distances. All medical-grade converters come fully tested and are complete drop-in products. RECOM also offers medical DC/DC converters with an extended reinforced isolation of up to 8kVDC suitable for high voltage applications.

RACM60-K/OF 60W Open-Frame AC/DC Converters

RECOM Power RACM60-K/OF AC/DC Converters are 2" x 3" medical-grade, open-frame AC/DC converters that provide 4kVAC/1min reinforced isolation. The series has an ambient operating temperature range of -40°C up to +55°C and up to +85°C with derating. The converters are highly efficient, with a rating of 90% and a typical no-load power consumption of 100mW. These AC/DC converters are also available in a PCB mountable version. RECOM Power RACM60-K/OF modules are multifaceted, meeting medical certifications and household and industrial safety standards. These converters are ideal for a wide variety of applications.

RECOM Power RACM60-K 60W Multi-Purpose AC/DC Converters are 2" x 3" compact modules designed to gain the highest overall efficiency levels from universal AC inputs over the entire output load. The multi-purpose, industrial + household + medical grade AC/DC converters deliver 60W of output power from -40°C to +55°C with natural air convection only and up to +85°C with derating or forced cooling.
