The TSZ181 and TSZ182 offer rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 3MHz gain bandwidth product. The devices consume just 1mA at 5V with an ultralow input bias current. This makes STMicroelectronics TSZ181 and TSZ182 5V Operational Amplifiers ideal for high-accuracy high-bandwidth sensor interfaces.
