GSA IGBT Modules

SanRex GSA IGBT Modules offer a low V_ce(sat)type and a high-speed switching type. These modules come in compact and reliable SOT-227 standard packaging and can be directly attached to the heat sink. The GSA IGBT modules have an isolation voltage of 2500V and are RoHS compliant. The GSA100AA60 operates on a low switching frequency causing low losses and the GSA75AA120 operates with high-speed performance of 40kHz to 70kHz. The typical applications are in AC/DC welding equipment, UPS, forward-reverse pulse power, induction heating supply, and switching power mode power supply.
