TG Series Isolated Mold Triacs

SanRex TG Series Isolated Mold Triacs are designed for high-power full-wave AC control applications. The TG Series Triacs feature a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 400V or 600V and an on-state current (IT(RMS)) rating of up to 40A. These devices can be used for On/Off functions or phase control operations. Typical applications include phase control and solid-state switching, heating and lighting controls, and battery chargers.
